This policy covers saasferry.com. It lists the data the site collects, why it collects it, and the choices you have.
What the site collects
- Server logs. The hosting server and Cloudflare record your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs keep the site fast and safe.
- Messages you send. The contact form asks for your name, email, topic and message. It sends them to SaaSFerry by email so a reply can go back to you. A copy stays in the site’s admin area, so no message gets lost.
- Emails you send. If you email SaaSFerry, your address and message are kept so a reply can go back to you.
The site has no accounts, comments or newsletter. It shows no ads and runs no analytics tools today. If that changes, this page changes first.
Cookies
SaaSFerry sets no tracking cookies for visitors. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell people apart from bots.
Services that handle data
- Cloudflare handles speed and security for every visit.
- Cloudways hosts the site on DigitalOcean servers in New York.
- Google serves the small software logos in guides. Your browser asks Google for each logo, so Google can see your IP address. The page address is not sent with the request.
- Email services carry messages from the contact form and any email you send.
How long data is kept
Server logs follow the normal schedule of the host and Cloudflare. Emails stay until you ask for them to be deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, fix or delete any message you sent. Write to [email protected] and say which message it was.
SaaSFerry does not sell your data or share it for ads. Every request gets the same answer, wherever you live.
Children
SaaSFerry is written for people who buy business software. It is not aimed at children under 13.
